Ryse has an indoor half basketball court with a polished floor. It is a genuine court rather than a marked out square in a multi purpose room, so you can shoot, run pickup games, or work on footwork without competing for the space with a class.
It also doubles as the most useful open floor in the building. Sled pushes, agility work, plyometrics and conditioning circuits all happen here, which makes it a natural finisher after a lifting session. A Kobe mural runs along the wall.
The court is open 24 hours a day for members, and the boxing area next door covers the other side of conditioning work.
